煎封三文鱼佐奶油酱 Seared Salmon with Creamy Sauce

三文鱼想要吃出新花样,不断翻新不断找。这个食谱处理三文鱼很简单,酱花了些许心思,成品不错,需要快手的时候可以来一次。

食材:

  • 三文鱼腩 4 块
  • 盐和黑胡椒
  • 美乃滋 1/3 cup
  • 酸奶油 1/3 cup
  • horseradish 2 tsp
  • 柠檬汁 1 tsp
  • 蒜粉 1/4 tsp
  • 新鲜香草 1 tbs,磨碎

做法:

  1. 三文鱼用盐和黑胡椒腌制
  2. 热锅下油,将三文鱼煎封熟透,出锅待用
  3. 将剩余材料拌匀成酱汁,如果需要可用盐和黑胡椒调味,放在成品上即可
